7.1 Our supplier’s list availability information for products sold on the website, including on each product information page and we cannot be responsible for this.

7.2 From time to time and despite our best efforts, products may appear for sale on our website which are no longer available. When this is the case, we are unable to honour orders for such products and the supplier should contact you.

7.3 Interior Boutiques Group Ltd acts only as an introductory between a supplier and customer and cannot be held responsible in any way or form.

7.4 Payment of all products and services are between the supplier and the customer and Interior Boutiques Group Ltd will not become involved in any disputes.

7.5 Product on Interior Boutiques Group Ltd website are put on by various suppliers. These suppliers are vetted to the best of our ability. We cannot be held responsible for information, images and content. That is the supplier’s responsibility and you must satisfy yourself in full prior to purchase.

7.6 Interior Boutiques Group Ltd cannot be responsible for any disputes between the supplier and the customer. In the event both parties cannot solve a dispute, we can offer advice and assistance to try to resolve, but only in a voluntary capacity.

7.8 Interior Boutiques Group Ltd is not responsible for supplier’s content and does not value or guarantee authenticity of any products on this website prior to purchase or after purchase. We also suggest customers ask for condition reports prior to purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to satisfy them self’s in full with the product and ask for all relevant information. If you purchase a product you should also ask for a full description and date to be added to the invoice.

8. Delivery

8.1 All transactions relating to any products purchased from a supplier on this website are to be worked out between the purchaser & the supplier.

9. Refunds

9.1 All transactions relating to products purchased from a supplier on this platform are between the supplier and the customer. InteriorBoutiques cannot be responsible in any way or form. The transaction is sole between the supplier and the customer and we are not liable in any form.

10. Customs

10.1 When ordering goods from a supplier for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

10.2 Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from a supplier, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 10.3 If you are purchasing Tortoiseshell or Ivory pieces and are outside the E.U. you must have a CITES certificate in order to import the item into your country.  Due to the strict exporting rules of these pieces, they may also come with further shipping costs. Please check with the supplier.

10.4 InteriorBoutiques Group Ltd does not have any responsibility with providing CITES certificates.

10.5 Interior Boutiques Group Ltd is not responsible for documents needed for import and export of products.

11. Health & Safety

11.1 The products available on this website are authentic, original products which were manufactured before today's stringent health and safety standards. All sales of such goods are for collection purposes only. We do not guarantee or imply any guarantee of compliance with health and safety standards or fitness for any purpose. All original antique products are clearly marked as such in the product description with a date or approximate date of manufacture by the suppliers.

11.2 In particular, while they may be perfectly safe for use, vintage electrical goods may not meet current UK standards - we recommend that all electrical goods are inspected, tested, certified and installed by a qualified electrician. We also recommend that vintage electrical goods are protected by a "RCD". Interior Boutiques Group Ltd will not be liable for any loss, injury or death caused by electrical goods that have not been inspected, tested and certified by a qualified electrician.

12.1 We do not sell products for purchase by children.

13.1 When you visit our website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We may communicate with you by e-mail. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

19.4 If any provision of this Agreement shall be held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.5 All obligations created by this Agreement shall survive change or termination of the parties' business relationship.

19.6 Our failure to act with respect to a breach of this agreement by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The failure of Interior Boutiques Group Ltd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
