Antique Regency style burr elm writing table in very good original condition, with a wonderful colour & beautiful figuring to the wood. It’s very good quality, full of character & dates to around the 1920-30’s period. This table could be used for a desk, sofa table, or just a useful side table. It’s two sided & has dummy drawers on the back. The top is cross banded & there is a cross stretcher joining the two sets of legs. They in turn have turned roundels on the outsides & brass cupped casters.
