Antique Oil Painting of Woman in Ruff
SKU: by AeologyOil Painting of Woman in Ruff
Oil Painting on wooden panel of a 16th Century Woman wearing a Lace Ruff. The painting dates from the 19th century and was set as a wall panel in a country house in France.
The actual period of the woman depicted would be 1570-1600, the reign of Queen Elizabeth in England.
The painting also comes with a modern frame though I prefer it without.
Measures (unframed) 16 inches tall x 11.5 wide
