1950S VAL ST LAMBERT GREEN & CLEAR GLASS TABLE LAMP
by InteriorBoutiquesVal Saint Lambert, green and clear crystal glass, lamp base.
The lamp was made in the 1950s in Belgium.I have never come across this design before which is beautifully made with very heavy crystal glass in a very elegant form.
The green is encased within the clear glass which is quite a few centimeters deep at the base. The lamp is fitted with a chrome mounted bulb socket and bears the original foil Val St. Lambert label.
The on/off switch is fitted into the base of the bulb socket and can be accessed from underneath the shade.
Perfect for a bedside table or feature light in a living/dining room.Rewired and in full working order.
In very good vintage condition with some scratches on the base.Dimensions: Depth: 11cm Width: 16cm Height to the top of the light fitting: 50cm Height to the top of the shade: 69cm
1950S ART SPECIALITY CO FLYING SAUCER DESK LAMP
by InteriorBoutiques1950s mid century flying saucer double-shade desk lamp manufactured by Art Speciality Co, Chicago. This wonderful Art Deco style desk lamp features a heavy enamelled supporting brown base with a matching upper canopy shade and conical shaped bulb holder.
A contrasting white lower shade helps to reflect the light beautifully. A supporting swivel brass arm supports the two shades and a single matching brass feature screw sits in the centre of the shades holding them in place.
This also allows easy access to the single E27 screw in bulb below when it needs replacing. A small swivel on/off switch sits at the bottom of the brown metal bulb holder. In relatively good vintage condition with some slight scratches and rust patches to the shades and base.
The brass shows some age-related wear which is to be expected and in keeping with its age.
Please refer to the images for some more detail. The supporting brass arm could be tightened to help straighten the lamp but this would mean penetrating the original protective cloth underneath to access the screw. I will therefore leave this decision to whomever purchases the light. It's your choice whether you can live with this or not.A perfect desk light which will help to illuminate anything you're reading below.
The lights has been rewired with a brown silk flex.

Upper Shade Diameter: 34cm
Base Diameter: 26cm

Length: 60cm1950S SPACE AGE HILLEBRAND PENDANT LIGHT BY ERNEST IGL
by InteriorBoutiquesAn elegant, space-age and a timeless design which is reminiscent of a UFO. Designed by Ernest Igl for Hillebrand Leuchten in Germany during the 1950s.
The light is made with a circular light reflecting canopy which is a brown rust colour on the top and white underneath which the light beautifully reflects from.
A perforated enameled metal frame surrounds the single bulb allowing the light to shine through the holes and beneath.
Four brass angled rods hold it in place which also appear through the canopy.A single E27 screw in bulb is required. In full working order.
The wiring has been checked by an electrician. I would recommend a LED bulb as shown in the images.Dimensions: Diameter: 44 cm Height to the top of the rods on the shade only: 20 cm.
The overall height is adjustable depending on your requirements.
A new polished antique brass circular ceiling cup connects the light to the ceiling. In very good condition with some very very small chips to the outer edge of the canoby and some discolouration to the brass rods and bulb holder.
PAIR OF 1930S GIO PONTI ARMCHAIRS FOR CASA E GIARDINO
by InteriorBoutiquesAn absolutely stunning pair of 1930s Italian Gio Ponti armchairs designed for Casa e Giardino. The armchairs have been fully restored and reupholstered in a Sapphire Blue soft velvet fabric with piping along the front of the curvaceous arms and along their backrests. The armchairs are supported by four fully restored stylish black tapered wooden legs.
This a classic Gio Ponti design, incredibly comfortable, with a soft plumped single cushion which looks stunning from all angles. The armchairs are very much of their time. Perfect for a mid century living room or large bedroom.
Note from the upholsterer: “The chairs are sprung with spiral springs, the edge on the back was made from a paper roll, there may have been horse hair in them but I didn’t get down below the soft padding layers and was therefore unable to tell. The armchairs had definitely been reupholstered in the past, a couple of times, because there was remains of at least two different fabrics inside which were of a very good quality structure and the upholstery used previously was of a high quality too. The most amazing chairs I have ever had the pleasure to work on”

1970S BELGIUM BELGO CHROM NEST OF 3 TABLES
by InteriorBoutiquesA set of 3 Belgo Chrom nesting tables.
The frames are constructed from solid chromed metal with gold chromed trim surrounding the smoked glass mirrored table tops.
The mirrored table tops sit within the frame. There are some scratches to the glass surfaces and some wear illustrated in the images which are mainly to the middle table.
The tables have been polished and are gleaming making them a perfect addition to most styles of home.
There are some small age related scratches to the chrome which is to be expected but overall they’re in very good vintage condition.
I love the contrast between the brown, gold and silver on their tops. Very well made and sturdy.
The original manufacturer’s label is still present on the underside of the smallest table.Dimensions: Large: H: 40cm x W: 50cm x D: 39cm Middle: H: 37cm x W: 45cm x D: 39cm Small: H: 34cm x W: 40cm x D: 39cm
Arts and Crafts Decorative Iron Screen – Attributed to Richard Riemerschmid
by InteriorBoutiquesAn intricately designed, and well-made, Arts & Crafts iron screen, attributed to and almost certainly designed by Richard Riemerschmid (1868-1957) in Germany. Circa 1910.
The iron screen has a one large rectangular panel with two smaller stabilising flaps on either side. An arched insert has been cut out with pieces of metal suspended from within with concave circles embossed into each one.
All of which are strung together with feature metal clips. The two outer flaps have a single panel of embossed circles suspended within. The screen sits on four conical flat feet.
It's an incredibly beautiful piece designed to fulfill a purpose but can be purely decorative.
In very good condition with some small paint marks which can be removed but I've left.Dimensions: H: 118.5 D: 1/2 cm Width of Main Panel: 50cm Width of flaps: 25cm
