Antique Victorian Mahogany Architects Deskby InteriorBoutiques
A beautiful and very unusual antique early Victorian architects desk in mahogany. This was made in England, and I would date it from the 1840-1860 period.
It appears as a regular pedestal desk with a gold tooled leather top, turned mahogany handles and bun feet. However, on the back, there are gate leg supports that swing out, and the top unfolds to reveal a larger inner work space. There is another inset leather top inside that can be angles upwards, and six small storage compartments with lids.
We have had this re-polished, it is in lovely condition for its age. The colour tone and patina of the mahogany are lovely. The outer leather top has some surface wear and light marks, with one tiny repair to the leather in the middle. We could have it re-leathered, but right now the leather matches the one inside.
This is quite a rare & useful piece of furniture & is also of very high quality.

They are of super quality and have a stunning design. The solid brass frames have fluted legs and wonderful pierced sides. The marble tops are surrounded by removable brass rims that hold them in place.
We have had the marble tops newly cut for these, they are in perfect condition. The brass frames have some light surface wear and patina around the edges, they are in very good structural condition.

The quality is outstanding, they are very well built and extremely comfortable, with well sprung seats and backs.
We have had the solid birch frames stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The seats have been newly upholstered in a gorgeous off white wool boucle by Kvadrat. The condition is immaculate throughout.

1960S MICHAEL ANDERSON CERAMIC CRAZED URNby InteriorBoutiques
An unusual vintage, 1960s, Michael Anderson & Son, ceramic urn or lidded vase.
The yellow urn is overlaid with a crazed green crackle effect design over its surface.
A rounded conical lid fits loosely in the top.
The base is iridescent with the makers signature and stamp within it.
The shield shaped gold and black makers label also present on the base states: A/S MICH. ANDERSEN BORNHOLMSK KERAMIK.
Made in Bornholm Denmark.
In very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. A rare find.
Dimensions: H: 16cms D: 15cms
1956 FLORIS MEYDAM TRIANGULAR GLASS VASEby InteriorBoutiques
A stunning mid century art glass triangular vase designed by Floris Meydam.
Manufactured by the Royal Leerdam Glass Company in the Netherlands.
The vase which is designed for a single flower (solifleur) is hand blown with a spiral of small floating 3 dimensional bubbles which circulate around the hollow centre creating an optical illusion as they reflect through the glass in the rest of the vase.
It’s amazing and also mesmerising. In very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks but has been used as a vase in the past.
Some small scratches on the base around the outside edges commensurate with its age and use.
Dimensions: H: 25cms W: 7cm D: 7cm
1950S VAL ST LAMBERT GREEN & CLEAR GLASS TABLE LAMPby InteriorBoutiques
Val Saint Lambert, green and clear crystal glass, lamp base.
The lamp was made in the 1950s in Belgium.
I have never come across this design before which is beautifully made with very heavy crystal glass in a very elegant form.
The green is encased within the clear glass which is quite a few centimeters deep at the base.
The lamp is fitted with a chrome mounted bulb socket and bears the original foil Val St. Lambert label.
The on/off switch is fitted into the base of the bulb socket and can be accessed from underneath the shade.
Perfect for a bedside table or feature light in a living/dining room.
Rewired and in full working order.
In very good vintage condition with some scratches on the base.
Dimensions: Depth: 11cm Width: 16cm Height to the top of the light fitting: 50cm Height to the top of the shade: 69cm
1950S SPACE AGE HILLEBRAND PENDANT LIGHT BY ERNEST IGLby InteriorBoutiques
An elegant, space-age and a timeless design which is reminiscent of a UFO. Designed by Ernest Igl for Hillebrand Leuchten in Germany during the 1950s.
The light is made with a circular light reflecting canopy which is a brown rust colour on the top and white underneath which the light beautifully reflects from.
A perforated enameled metal frame surrounds the single bulb allowing the light to shine through the holes and beneath.
Four brass angled rods hold it in place which also appear through the canopy.
A single E27 screw in bulb is required. In full working order.
The wiring has been checked by an electrician. I would recommend a LED bulb as shown in the images.
Dimensions: Diameter: 44 cm Height to the top of the rods on the shade only: 20 cm.
The overall height is adjustable depending on your requirements.
A new polished antique brass circular ceiling cup connects the light to the ceiling.
In very good condition with some very very small chips to the outer edge of the canoby and some discolouration to the brass rods and bulb holder.
1970S BELGIUM BELGO CHROM NEST OF 3 TABLESby InteriorBoutiques
A set of 3 Belgo Chrom nesting tables.
The frames are constructed from solid chromed metal with gold chromed trim surrounding the smoked glass mirrored table tops.
The mirrored table tops sit within the frame. There are some scratches to the glass surfaces and some wear illustrated in the images which are mainly to the middle table.
The tables have been polished and are gleaming making them a perfect addition to most styles of home.
There are some small age related scratches to the chrome which is to be expected but overall they’re in very good vintage condition.
I love the contrast between the brown, gold and silver on their tops. Very well made and sturdy.
The original manufacturer’s label is still present on the underside of the smallest table.
Dimensions: Large: H: 40cm x W: 50cm x D: 39cm Middle: H: 37cm x W: 45cm x D: 39cm Small: H: 34cm x W: 40cm x D: 39cm
Arts and Crafts Decorative Iron Screen – Attributed to Richard Riemerschmidby InteriorBoutiques
An intricately designed, and well-made, Arts & Crafts iron screen, attributed to and almost certainly designed by Richard Riemerschmid (1868-1957) in Germany. Circa 1910.
The iron screen has a one large rectangular panel with two smaller stabilising flaps on either side. An arched insert has been cut out with pieces of metal suspended from within with concave circles embossed into each one.
All of which are strung together with feature metal clips. The two outer flaps have a single panel of embossed circles suspended within. The screen sits on four conical flat feet.
It's an incredibly beautiful piece designed to fulfill a purpose but can be purely decorative.
In very good condition with some small paint marks which can be removed but I've left.
Dimensions: H: 118.5 D: 1/2 cm Width of Main Panel: 50cm Width of flaps: 25cm
