Vintage Sideboard by Everest

A stunning and extremely well made vintage sideboard.
This was made in the UK by Everest furniture, it dates from the 1960’s.

These were originally retailed in Heals in the 1960’s, the quality and design is of the highest order.
The front is made from beautifully book matched wood, which has a gorgeous colour and grain patterns.
The top, sides and legs are in a lighter exotic wood, possibly walnut but it can be quite hard to tell as such a wide variety of exotic woods were used in the 1960’s!

The interior is beautifully fitted out with various compartments and five pull out tray slides of different sizes. All the tray slides have handles on both sides, so double up as serving trays.
The handles are brass military style, and add a lovely design aspect.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to perfection, the condition is outstanding throughout.
