by InteriorBoutiquesA beautiful antique oil painting on canvass by Gerard Wiegman (1875-1964). This is Dutch in origin, it was painted in the early twentieth century around the 1920-30’s.
It depicts an oil tanker in harbour, flanked by smaller boats. It is beautifully executed in the impressionist style, and is mounted in a gorgeous gilt wood frame.
The condition is excellent for its age, with only some extremely minor wear here and there.

The quality is exceptional and they are extremely comfortable. They swivel on splayed chrome bases, they can rock and recline. They are a lovely size, quite petite yet still generous enough to offer plenty of comfort and support.
We have had the leather revived and polished by our leather restorer, the condition is excellent throughout.
